Chase INK Referrals Going Down From 200k/yr to 100k/yr

Chase has a note on the referral page that the yearly maximum of referral points earned per INK business card is going down from the current 200,000 points per year to the new 100,000 points per calendar year limit.

The change goes into effect on January 1, 2025. With the current earn rate of 20,000 points, you’ll be able to get 5 referral bonuses per INK card.

Newb question about these INK referrals.. if I send P2 a referral, are they able to sign up for the public bonus offer also? For instance, they can click through my referral link (I get $200) and they can also sign up for their own $750 bonus on the Ink Unlimited?

They need to use your referral link to apply and they get whatever bonus offer the referral link shows — right now it should show $750 bonus on referral links (just open your link in a new window and see what it shows)

Hope they would at least beef up the sign up bonus to 900 again

And we have to close all but 2-3 to get approved now. What a train wreck. 🙁

I’m curious asking others here, how long do you keep your Ink cash/unlimted open and close, and re-apply? Is there a 48 months or 24 months language? I didn’t see it anywhere so asking.

I wonder if it’s 100k per card tho…. You can see the referrals per card
