Our Verdict
This card used to be called the Chase Marriott Premier Plus card. We’ve seen this 100k offer when it was called that and also under the new boundless name as well. I don’t think this is a particularly amazing offer as Marriott points aren’t that valuable, I also think we will eventually see a higher offer on this card. That being said if you have a specific redemption in mind then signing up would make sense. Keep in mind most people won’t be eligible due to the 5/24 rule and from having previous Marriott/SPG cards (see above under card details). I won’t be adding this to the best credit card bonuses. If you’re thinking about applying read these things everybody should know about Chase first.

IMHO not worth a 5/24 slot
I’m due for a new SUB for this card. Moved all my stays to Hyatt so got to consider whether the free night is worth it to me still.
Waiting for amex to up their offer on the Brilliant.
Barely enough for two nights at a good hotel. Is this really great?
wasnt this the card that offered 5 free nights about a year ago?
yes. the 3 night deal is good, if each night is up to 50k or even more
i applied and approved on the 10,000 points deal. dont this 3 night deal expired in 1 year ?
I currently have the Amex Brilliant card but received the sign-up bonus ~30 months ago. My understanding is since it’s been >24 months, even though the account is still open, I’m now eligible for the Chase Boundless card and the SUB. Is that correct?
If you are going to say Marriott points are not worth much, what points are worth a lot?
For hotels? Hyatt.
Can one apply for personal and business card
On same day and be approved? Will it be merged as one pull on credit report?
thanks, i applied and was approved for the boundless card.
I imagine odds of seeing 5 night offer now are low / 0. Curious what others think.
I think it’s for sure coming back, when of course they add a new category 9 for 125k points a night and continue to increase categories every year like clockwork. In all seriousness though I agree it’s probably not coming back. It was during the depths of covid and even then it was pulled early.
