Our Verdict
Previous best bonus was 125k points + free night certificate. We’ve also seen a similar gift card offer, but that was $250 + 75k. Keep in mind this has a $95 annual fee, so it’s really $205 + 75k points (well really less than that as the Marriott gift card isn’t worth face value). Some people might prefer this offer and others will prefer to wait for a bigger point bonus to return.

When you earn these free nights from the spend on the credit card as your SUB, where does it show up in your Marriott account? Having trouble locating these. Thanks!
Saw this offer while booking a hotel yesterday (03-22-2023). Applied. Got a “will review your application” response. Email approval of the application came today (03-23-2023), followed by the $300 Gift Card email from Marriott.
I saw this offer come up via dummy booking on Marriott’s website.
William Charles current public offer is 5FN upto 50k https://www.marriott.com/credit-cards.mi# (not referral)

Quick question:
For New account bonus – FREE Night reward (3FN or 5FN deals), does it have 1year expiration date from issued date?
Dang, looks like this is dead – reduced to $250/50k points.
Referral is still getting three 35k nights + 40k to the referrer for 1k spend in 3 months. In my world, that’s actually a better offer.
That’s almost a better deal for me, unfortunately the rooms I’m looking at are 38k points per night. I don’t think you can pay the difference with points or cash. 🙁
Marriott’s ‘Free Night Award Top Off’ is expected to roll out this month. This will allow you to add up to 15k points to your free night award certificates. Stay tuned!
I’m not seeing the 75k and $250 offer. I se 50k and $250. As well as 3 free nights (up to 50,000 each night)
Same with me.
FYI: It’s now $250 and 50k points NOT $300 and 75k points
Anyone knows what CRA Chase pull for this card? For some reason, my EX Fico8 score has not been updated but TU and EQ scores already updated.
Chase always pulls Experian for me. Located in Texas
