The Offer
Some people are seeing a nice offer among their Chase Offers/BofA offers:
- Get 5% or 10% back at Office Depot/Max, up to $5.50 or $11.
A number of banks use the same back end for these offers. This includes: Chase, Bank of America, Regions Bank, Suntrust Bank, BBVA, BB&T, PNC, Columbia Bank, Beneficial Bank, and Christian Community CU. You can read this post for more information.
Our Verdict
Not a huge discount, but might be useful if a gift card deal comes along.

All I’ve seen in my bofA for the past two years are these 1%, 2%, 3%, 4% deals that are the same as shopping portal. 1% homedepot, 2% bestbuy, 1% walmart, etc.
Looks like the offer degrading, this time only one card with $10 max.
I had it on one card, and it later showed up for others
The local OD was already running out of gift cards
Silly question of the day: Why do Chase and BoA have the same offers? Aren’t they bitter rivals and competitors?
Jus’ askin’.
The offer is pushed by the merchant through a channel of promotional offers. It’s not chosen by BofA and Chase; it’s chosen by Office Depot.
They use the same company (cardlytics) to track your purchases and run the offers program. USB too I think.
15% up to $10 on Ink Preferred, Ink Unlimited and Sapphire Preferred.
1/10 with 10%/$10 on CFU.
Got the 15% up to $10 back on my Amazon card.
I’ve never gotten any useful offer from Amazon card. Of course I don’t really use that card anyways. Lol
Possible silly question…does anybody know if these offers work on Visa/Mastercard gift card purchases?
Only way I’ve used them is to buy Visa/MC gift cards. Sometimes can split payment to use on several cards.
yes anything in store is fair game.
Stack with the $15 off $300 deals that they regularly have.
15%/up to $10 on the Ritz Carlton card
4/10 on chase cards. Have a mix of 5 and 10% back
