Great offer for anybody with Verizon Wireless (or even if you know somebody with it), could also pick up some almost free accessories if you have a store near you.

Same issue here, I did $51 and $52 (Sep 3)
One coded as
“VZWRLSS*BILL PAY VE” and another as
“VZWRLSS*MY VZ VE P”
However, no email, but upon checking today under redeemed offers on the card in question it shows there as redeemed. (Sep 6)
How were the charges coded?
My Chase offer states:
Earn $50 cash back when you make two new, qualifying wireless plan payments of at least $50 each with Verizon Wireless.
Using a debit card to pay postpaid bills will make the autopay discount drop. I know for a fact that Verizon gift cards can be used to pay bills without impact to autopay discount. But it can only be used when there’s an outstanding balance after a bill is generated but before autopay is processed. You can manually apply a gift card just like a credit card and make a payment. That will not impact autopay.
What I don’t know yet if purchasing a gift card will trigger this offer.
Guessing this should work with VZ gift cards that can be used on FIOS and keep the autopay discount.
I did it (one $50 and one $51 payments). I got an email saying I’ll lose my autopay discount next month, so this better work lol. If it does, I still come out $30 on top so…

Any DPs of accessory purchases working? Have Verizon Visa and don’t want to lose autopay discount by paying bill.
Reading the fine print it seems to only work on new lines of service- I dont even know if a one time payment on an existing line would work
How would they know it’s a new line? I doubt it posts differently, and even if it did the second charge would not.
Interested as well new data points opposed to the three year old ones.
