The Offer
Check your Chase Offers to see if you were targeted:
- Get $40 back when making two separate transactions with AT&T on wireless products or services of at least $15 each by 10/8/2019.
This kind of offer comes around frequently. A number of banks use the same back end for these offers. This includes: Chase, Bank of America, Regions Bank, Suntrust Bank, BBVA, BB&T, PNC, Columbia Bank, Beneficial Bank, and Christian Community CU. You can read this post for more information.
The Fine Print
- Must save this offer by 7/18/19
- Must do the spend by 7/8/2019
- Valid in-store or online at at&t.com or over the phone
- Cash back is earned within 30 days after making the second transaction
Our Verdict
Some people are even seeing this on multiple Chase cards which means multiple profit opportunities. A similar offer is showing for some in Bank Amerideals and presumably in other similar bank programs as well; those can only be done once.
In the past, paying your AT&T wireless bill has worked to trigger the offer which makes this a free $40 for people who use AT&T. For those who don’t use AT&T, you can buy an accessory for $15, repeat a second time, and get the $40 bonus.
Tips:
- If you’re doing this in-store, make sure to make the purchases at a corporate store, not an Authorized Retailer.
- If you’re doing this online, try buying a single item that costs $15 or more since AT&T sometimes splits up smaller items into separate charges.
- It might be worth spacing out the two transactions on different days.
- Someone mentions the idea of buying a $25 refill card from an AT&T store which would work for prepaid plans.
- Or buy an iTunes gift card.
- Readers confirm (1, 2, 3)that making $15 payments to your AT&T cellular bill or Uverse internet bill counts to trigger the credit.
- Don’t forget to go through a portal if ordering online. Topcashback is currently the best at 10%.

Was used to getting the $75 offer on Bofa and loved it, finally got one on Chase and it was $35 for 2x $17.50 transactions. This seems like it’s only good if you use their services or plan on overpaying for accessories unfortunately.
At&T split my order due to stockouts :(( Was one order for $17 now it’s $8+$9. Do I need to purchase it again? Is it possible for me to chat with BofA CS personnel to fix it? Thanks!!
Do “Chase/BofA” offers ever appear on Chase business card accounts? I never see the offers listed on this site in my CIP account.
Do you have a Chase Offers section when you login? If not, then I guess the answer is no.
I got the deal now for $25 cashback, need to make payment of at-least $15 twice. Terms say not valid at AT&T Prepaid and Cricket Wireless, only valid on AT&T Wireless. Let me know if I should email you terms/screenshot for it?
I got it both on my Chase Freedom card and Bank of America Cash Rewards credit card but not on my Chase Freedom Unlimited card.
3rd time doing the deal, noticed this time that if you sort by price you can get cheap t-shirts, funk-pop figures, and other random swag all Game of Thrones theme.
Regarding split transaction warning: just tried buying $5 and $10 items in one purchase and it went through as one transaction on Chase Freedom.
Edit: ignore above, posted transactions do split. 🙁
I got 5000 points offer (= $50) on Uchoose rewards program, but I don’t see any mention of minimum spend. The offer just says “Earn 5000 Points when you make two or more transactions with AT&T Wireless”. Have anybody got this and did two transections of ANY amount triggered the CB?
Offer worked on my Hyatt card. Have it on Freedom as well, time do go for another round of USB flash drives. 🙂
My sister spends a thousand plus each month on her freedom and she doesn’t get good offers. I spend zero and I don’t get offers. How much spend do you have to be doing on these cards and lose out on 1-3 percent from other cards earnings just to get targeted for these offers
Cricket deal paid out on Chase, but the AT&T one has not, even though it was done before Cricket. AT&T is always such a giant PITA.
