I redeemed points for a Apple $50 dollar gift card. I received a Amazon gift card that I had already used. After almost a month Chase finally just added my points back to my account with no explanation. I am tempted to try again but it was such a hassle the first time. Chase does not answer your emails directly. You are required to sign into your account and use their secured messages for their answer to you. Their first answer to your email message tells you it will be up to 5 days for a reply to your inquiry thru secured messages. Quite a run around I think! You never get a quick response. Always about the 5 days.
I’ve been with chase for about a year and have slightly over $550 worth of points. Does Chase sometimes have 15% or 20% off of gift cards?
