The Offer
- Chase Ultimate Rewards program is offering a 25% transfer bonus when you transfer to Flying Blue AirFrance/KLM. Normally you can transfer at a rate of 1:1 and under this promotion that increases to 1:1.25
The Fine Print
- Valid until May 15, 2022
Our Verdict
This is the first time we’ve seen a transfer bonus from Chase/Flying Blue. You can view a full list of transfer bonuses for Chase in the past here. I’d only recommend transferring if you have a short term or medium term use of these points as you never know when a devaluation will occur.
“I’d only recommend transferring if you have a short term or medium term use of these points as you never know when a devaluation will occur.”
OTOH, you never know when there will be another transfer bonus like this again. If medium term is defined within the next two years I would agree with you as it is a good gamble.
I’m confused: Why does the title reference the transfer bonus to Flying Blue Air France/KLM, but the post itself talks about BA Avois?
Because here at DoC, all the proofreading and copyediting happen in the comments section.
Ha! I hear you. So… does this mean it’s a BA offer and not an AF offer? Cuz we’re actually thinking about an AF trip this summer using UR.
Why don’t you go to the Amex portal and check for yourself?
Anyway for this one its AF
Maybe because it’s not AmEx?
You can also try googling
something once in a while. Multiple travel blogs already posted about this yesterday, and DoC is just reposting (though not very meticulously).DoC readers are encouraged to (and expected to) read other blogs and to do their own research, though many of them never have and never will.
Thanks, friend!
Wow! Guess you never ask for help! Sad. And rude.
It’s a Chase/ Flying Blue offer
Made a mistake, fixed now
FYI – post summary on the main page still says avios.
Thanks, fixed
Is the british airways avios in the offer a typo?
Yes
Copy pasta error: mentions ba avios under offer
Pasta? Is that for flights to Rome?
