PICKUP TERMS: Guests who complete a Qualifying Purchase (hereafter defined) during the Offer Term (hereafter defined) are eligible to receive a Free Slice (hereafter defined). To receive the Free Slice, guests must add a slice of Cheesecake (hereafter defined) to their Qualifying Purchase and include the promotion code “GETASLICE” at checkout. “Qualifying Purchase” means a purchase of at least $30.00 (pretax, excluding all fees, discounts and promotions) that is placed: (i) via order.thecheesecakefactory.com; (ii) during the Offer Term; (iii) as a single order, in a single transaction and (iv) for same day pickup from a Participating Restaurant. “Participating Restaurant” means any The Cheesecake Factory restaurant in the United States of America, excluding Hawaii and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, from which pickup is available through order.thecheesecakefactory.com.
“Offer Term” means January 12, 2021 through and including January 17, 2021 until terminated by The Cheesecake Factory. “Free Slice” means a complimentary slice of cheesecake or layer cake which is otherwise available for purchase from the applicable Participating Restaurant. Neither The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated (or its affiliates) nor Mobo Systems, Inc. d/b/a Olo are responsible for any inability to make a Qualifying Purchase during the Offer Term, regardless of cause, and will not provide rain checks or other ‘make goods’ in the event of any such inability.
