Ba$tards, their app was having issues and the order wasnt going through. Tried a different card later, and now I see that both cards have been charged (posted).
Calling customer service, on hold for last 45 minutes
Do you see anything in your order history? Maybe it got the authorization but the order never went through? There is no way that the charges posted already, that is just the authorization.
yeah online and app orders crashed so only luck would be trying it in store, which is probably a zoo right now lol
Plus I wanted a quesadilla, which can only be ordered in the app.

Absolute scam site and app crashed at 3pm. No way to check out file FTC complaint for rain check.
And as usual, they are unable to handle the load and I can’t add anything to my cart in the app and the website isn’t letting me login. It’s really pathetic how predictable this is when they run a promotion.
Yeah I’m reaching out to customer service I have screenshots. They should honor this promotion with a raincheck.
I tried logging into my second account so hopefully they have record of that if they send out compensation by account. They also have several tweets from me (one with 100+ likes), which they replied to.
Is their ordering site down for anyone besides me?
Price would have to be $4 or less for me to consider their terrible tasting food.

I never like their food. Rice always dry, meat overcooked, and way overpriced. The sometimes get the powerbowl from Taco Bell for six bugs, it’s not bad, chicken breast, rice, tomatoes, lettuce, sour cream, guac, not too high of calories and price constant.
