Our Verdict
This offer was offered last year as well. Standard bonus is 60,000 miles. It used to be possible to apply for an offer with a statement credit and then match to the higher miles offer but that hasn’t been possible for a long time now so this is the best variation for this card.
Just be sure you qualify for the bonus (have not received in past 48 months) before signing up or you won’t get the bonus. We will add this to our list of the best credit card bonuses.

Applied for Citi AA Plat Select personal MC 2 months ago (Oct 11, 2024). Approved for 22K CL. However, I still haven’t received a CC in the mail despite contacting the Citi 3 times.Citi says there is a delay in mailing of credit cards. Anybody having such experience with Citi for delay of more than 2 months in CC mailing?
On the same day, I also applied for Citi business AA MC and was also approved for 16K CL. Within 10 days of applying for both these cards, I got the business MC card but not the personal MC.
This was nice sub. Current sub is 50k. Anyone has any idea if Citi would give more bonus anytime soon??

I have a barclays aviator card (opened in Oct last year and received their SUB). Does it impact my eligibility to get the SUB for this Citi AA card? Thanks.
No. Totally different card issuers. I’ll be getting the Barclay SUB next month and plan to apply for this card as well to double up my mileage.
Does anyone know what the requirement/rules are to be approved? I know with chase your automatically declined for the 5/24 rule. My husband and I have been declined for this card multiple times.
