Wouldn’t this be covered under UDAAP regulation for “deceptive” offer?

What’s deceptive about it? It’s your own fault if your first question is not “10X what?” or “what do you mean up to?”.

I remember getting a mailer for a bank credit card that earned 5x points per dollar spent and a huge signup bonus on top! And the fine print said those points were worth like .2cpp

Gollum: How precious! They steal it from us. Sneaky little hobbitses. Wicked, tricksy, false!
Smeagol: [shaking his head] No. Not master Citi!
Gollum: [snarling malevolently] Yes, precious, false! They will cheat you, hurt you, LIE!

“United” we stand.

Up to $500. Which means a phone call to Citi to find out EXACTLY what I would receive. People get too many $$$ signs in their eyes. It’s a little deceptive. As big as this bank is their rates are the chinciest.
