Update 10/21/22: Expedia is sending out a 10,000/$100 Expedia Rewards bonus points gifted to the accounts of those who are undergoing the forced product conversion. Also, they’re extending Gold status through December 31, 2023. (Interestingly, some people with closed Expedia cards are getting the $100 as well.)
Update 9/17/22: Expedia Voyager (annual fee) will be converted to Citi Premier card.
Original Post:
Citi has discontinued the Citi Expedia cards and existing no annual fee cardholders are being converted to the Citi Rewards+ (unclear what will happen to annual fee cardholders). The conversion will happen on October 23, 2022. The letter sent to cardholders also states that Citi is no longer issuing the Citi Expedia cards, it’s unclear if Expedia is partnering with another card issuer or exiting the co-branded card space. It’s possible this is due to Expedia merging loyalty programs between brands.

Can anyone tell me if Citi or Expedia are giving these points to customers? I called both places and they dont know anything about points being given to cardholders of Citi Expedia Credit Cards.
Still no points! Have escalated a few times. I've spent too much time on this so now trying to get it out of principle (however, I only do it when it's dead at work/nothing else to do)
How did you contact, Citi or Expedia?
Finally got the points! Had to connect with "offline team" whoever TF that is. Maybe ask for them if you are still having issues like I was.
I'm gonna enjoy these points so hard because I wasted so much time on this haha.
I had the Expedia Voyager, now the Citi Premier card with an annual fee. I called Citi 2 weeks before the conversion and a day after the conversion and both times the customer service rep said that there were no conversion options to other cards. Not that it wasn't possible, just that the option for them to convert wasn't showing up in their system.
It's probably just a waiting game at this point. Once Citi is done flipping everyone to their Rewards credit cards, drop kick that sucker and try for a Custom Cash.
Converted to Custom Cash recently with no issues. Card was originally Voyager+, was forced converted to Premier and sitting in that state for a couple of weeks or so.
citi also promised all card holders that met the minimum spend would receive the annual 5000 point bonus even if their anniversary date was after the conversion. I have not yet received it and can no longer find any mention of this
Clicked through, got to landing page that confirmed the points, nothing was added to account.
Chat rep is refusing to add points despite screenshot confirmation and original email
Same, after 15 minutes referred me to Citi. Big waste of time.
Thank you for the post. Was able to click on the email and logged into my account to claim the $100 credit.
Thanks for the reminder, I received the e-mail but didn't click the yellow "Click to claim your bonus points" link to claim the 10,000 points. I just did and the points were immediately added to my Expedia balance.
Called to convert to a Citi Custom Cash CC and the Citi rep said the no annual fee version can only be converted to a Citi Rewards+ CC. I called about 6 weeks before and they said it can be converted to a Citi Rewards+ CC.....LOL
Mine was cancelled by citi for lack of use a while while ago.. got it.
Yeehaw, free $100 in Expedia credits. Really milked this one for all it's worth. Amazing SUB, $50 Expedia credit earlier this year, and now this $100.
Be sure to click on the link in the email! You have to claim the bonus points in order to have them credited to your account
