Great deal for anybody that needs to make a purchase at Best Buy.
Does anyone know if you can pay via PayPal online to trigger this? Trying to max this out at $200 but would prefer to put the balance on my Dividend for 5% back. As far as I know, only way to do split payments on this is via PayPal but not sure how it would code..
Added the, “$50 off $200 from BestBuy” offer to (3) different cards (Prestige, Preferred, Rewards+) several weeks ago. Offers then moved from ‘available’ to ‘enrolled’.
Went to check them today, 11/07, before I actually go to make a BestBuy purchase.
All offers (meaning the ability to view/add/etc) have disappeared from the Citi Offers For You area of the website: “We’re working on getting more great offers to you. Check back soon for new offers.”
Anyone else experience this?

I had $20 off of $200. Can be redeemed “twice” but wanted to see for sure.
The charge has posted for a week, nothing. Still shows outstanding. I also have a Giftcards.com offer which has not posted.
purchased 2 variable Amazon GC for $200 at Best Buy on 10/10, on two separate cards. checked enrollment status prior to purchase. 2 x $50 credits posted on 10/14, although I suspect they were backdated. took about 10 min.
the AMZN gift card racks at this Best Buy were almost totally empty.
Anyone made the purchase on 10/5 but have not received the credit as of yet? I purchased $200 Amazon GC in one transaction in store. After 13 days the offer is still showing “enrolled”. I called Citi about the issue and the rep said I should contact Best Buy about it. How is Best Buy supposed to get involved when the offer is from Citi and the credit is to be issued to customer’s Citi account as statement credit? I am from a famous shopping forum and many people who made the purchases on 10/05 did not get the statement credit.

Citi CSR refuse to help. Spend hours on the phone and it’s useless.

10/4 Offer moved from Enrolled tab to Redeemed tab (says earned 10/3 but didn’t see it on 10/3)
10/9 $50 Merchant Offers Credit NY posted. Says 10/7 but I checked everyday and didn’t see it until 10/9
I can also confirm post post for any others holding off on this deal until some feedback rolled in.
I purchased a netflix 200$ gift card on 10/4, today is 10/14 still haven’t seen any movement into the redeemed section, I will wait another week and see 🙁

I am not sure about online but worked in store. I have bought third-party GC online with best buy before and it processed like a regular order so I would guess it would be fine. I have not purchased e-gift cards (that are sent digitally) on best buy before, though, but I assume they process the same since you do not have to order them separately from other items.

The offer has disappeared from P1 and P2 accounts. I also had a $250 back on $1000 carnival spend saved to both accounts. I had used it on P1 and was preparing to use on P2 and it is gone too. Very disappointing if you can’t rely on the offer to still be there when you are trying to use it.
Take screenshots of when you enroll in it. I wonder what we’re gonna do since I used this too and it’s gone
I had $50 off $200, clicked to add the offer, and got an error message (don’t recall the specific text). The offer then disappeared from my list of available offers, but wasn’t added to the list of enrolled offers. Tried the same process with a different offer and had no problem. Any suggestions?

10/4 charge is still pending but the BB offer moved to the Redeemed tab showing earned on 10/3. Credit will probably post in the next couple days from my experience. Will confirm when it does.
