Looks like Citi pulled the offer early. I added it to a few cards, used on one, and now it is gone from all my cards.

Just dropped to 1.5% on all three of my Citi credit cards.
Beware. Nasty Citi trick.

Unlike other Citi offers, the giftcards.com offer can change its cashback at any time and yet still be the same offer. If you buy while it says 4% but the offer changes to 1.5% before the offer is “triggered” by the purchase, which amount do you get? I’m guessing 1.5% but I haven’t had this happen to me yet.

Anyone gone thru Rakuten to giftcards, com and checked out with Paypal to get the Freedom 5% quarterly reward?

Wasn’t asking about the Citi offer haha. Chase Freedom is 5% with Paypal and Rakuten is 3%. Wondering if doing this with giftcards.com has tracked for anyone

Oh, I see. Yeah for sure that would be fine. Or if the portal didn’t track it for some reason it wouldn’t be related

I did this with Rakuten (2.5x) on gc.com paying with Freedom using pp (5x UR) last week. Both sets of points posted maybe 4 workdays later.

Just received CapOne shopping portal (12x) and placed an order on gc.com…paying w/Freedom via pp. Fingers crossed both of these will post.

so this means 2 uses means you can spend 1500 in 2 transactions of 750 each and get 4% off so maximum of 60 dollars off ?

Actually triggered for me, buying GiftCards.com gift cards with the recent 10% off deal. I figured it was different than past iterations when I could actually enroll in the offer and it stayed enrolled.

@  William Charles
The offer is 4% off up to $32. So $800 in spend. How do you calculate $750?

I got 2x fraud declines on my 2x Citi cards with the offer. Didn’t help with clearing the fraud transaction and retrying as well. This new GC.com is pissing me off.

These never trigger in my experience and I end up having to call in and complain.

Also has not triggered for me multiple times, someone posted below maybe does not trigger with Visa / MC gift cards. Calling in is a real pain because Citi CS has no clue about these offers

When the terms say “Limit 2 redemptions per cardholder for duration of offer”, does that mean if you have the offer on 3 different cards you can only use it on 2 of them? Or is the offer on each card completely separate and the limit of 2 redemptions means you can do it on up to 2 transactions per card?

Got it on both my CC and Rewards +. You can also stack this with the 10% off (up to $300 value) on their new eGift cards. That promo goes til tomorrow.
