None of my purchases since 12/21 have been credited yet. Has anyone else gotten a credit in that timeframe?
Still have not received any credits from 12/21 or after. The offer still shows in my account, they just stopped paying out.

@guest_1525287 I still haven't gotten mine from an Ancestry.com purchase on 12/20. As I said before, it is under the list of the redeemed tab but no credit yet. Because it is already expired it no longer shows but it did all the way up to expired.
Have you called Citi and inquired about this?
No I haven't. It hasn't even been 30 days yet, or a statement close. If it goes past both of those, I'd look into that.
Did you purchase GCs or other items?
A purchase from 12/20 has not credited yet (not Sam's), though I do see it in the list under the redeemed tab. Oddly, it's not at the top of this list but it's there.
You should have received the 5% credit by now on qualified purchases. If you purchased GCs, Citi may not credit the 5%. YMMV...Good luck!!!
On web, found the Sams 5% offer on my Citi Double cash among the 123 Shopping Offers, thankfully only had to scroll down 4 rows to find it or I'd have given up.

I have the Citi Premier card but get 0 offers for the card. When I called in, they said it’s directed by marketing. Anyone else have the same experience or know how to activate shopping offers for the Citi Premier?
My situation is the same - no offers at all. My card is now parked in my drawer.
Gas purchases are expressly excluded. Pharmacy purchases are expressly excluded.
5% credit didn't work for Sams gas purchase, it worked for every other in store purchase for me recently. I preferred Cash App 5% instant discount than waiting for credit from CITI for 2 weeks. But if we use CITI's offer, we get 1% cash back + 5 % credit (total of 6% saving).
Am I missing something, It does not appear that there is any dollar value limit on this and I feel like normally there would be. I need to order a significant amount of flooring from Sams so this will be great if it works on a 5K+ purchase.
I bought over $600 last month (including restaurant gift cards) and got the full 5% on all of it.
I bought $500 visa card and $35.xx for other stuff totaling $535.xx and it said I earned $5 in the redeemed section? How did they calculate this??
The full 5% credit should show up somewhere around 5-7 days after the transaction. If one scales up purchases for this offer, Citi may not apply the 5% credit........YMMV
Give it time. Mine said that initially when I did it and it updated with the correct amount.
