Has anyone successfully used this transfer bonus yet? I’ve been trying but my transfer keeps getting canceled. Names on both accounts match and I can transfer to other programs fine. Tried over the phone but even the Citi TY rep got an error claiming their system was down but not buying it. Citi transfers are so frustrating.

Randomly worked this morning after waiting ~12 hours. I transferred 5k TY points first rather than the 95k I needed initially, not sure if that had anything to do with it. Might be worth trying a smaller transfer first in case anyone else runs into similar issues.

Conversion rate from Citi to LHW is normally 5:1 With this 25% promo it changes to 4:1 so your $250 room will cost 13,600 TY pts. Ok deal but still less than getting 2% cash back.

The Citi TYP transfer to LHW used to be 1,000 : 200. With this transfer bonus, the ratio is 1,000 : 250.

To get 3,400 LHW points, you would need to transfer 14,000 Citi TYPs into 3,500 LHW points.

14,000 Citi TYPs is worth about $140, so that is a better deal than the $250 cash rate, plus taxes and fees are usually waived for award stays.

Taxes are not waived for LHW hotels. And you can’t erase it with points.

Hey, the link takes you to Avianca LifeMiles. Can you please correct it?
