Our Verdict
Seems like a good deal, even if you only do the portion that doesn’t require the $10,000 to be deposited. Previously the best bonus was $200. We will add this to our list of the best highly regional specific bank bonuses.

For those of you that have accounts at this bank, their Ent Extras program is pretty sweet. You get 4% on the first $500 in checking and 6% on the first $500 in savings. So $50 a year interest on $1k held in there. Only requires 5 checking transactions per month to qualify. I plan to set up 5 $1 auto-transfers from my hub bank each month. They haven’t dropped these rates yet, so hopefully they won’t. It’s a good credit union anyway, with good rates on CDs and loans too.
is it hard or soft pull?
Opened in branch, CC fundings codes as cash advance (freedom unlimited)
opened new acct. Got $300 bonus the very next day after opening. However, I made initial deposit with Citi Prestige and it coded as cash advance.
Requires you to bring in a targeted mailer into the specific branch fyi.
Not true. I live in Denver and you can print out the promotion and bring it in to any ENT branch to be honored. This isn’t branch specific.
Hmmm I live in Denver as well.. csr over phone told me you needed to bring in a mailer to specific branch. What branch did you try it in?
Went into a branch downtown with print out and that worked. Sorry for the confusion!
Were they fine with you presenting a Lucent branch’s flyer? Did you go to the one on the 17th street?
Which branch did you go to? I live in Golden, and work in downtown Denver, and would love to save a drive out to Highlands Ranch!
Which branch did you go to? I live in Golden, and would love to save a drive to Highlands Ranch!
Confused. If I have a Colorado house (Summit county) that is 80+ miles away from Highland Ranch but if I stop by the branch the next time I am in the area and try to open an account will they give me the deal or am I outside the highly regional offer area? A $500 bonus is worth a couple hours of my time but I also don’t want to do the drive and be rejected. Appreciate feedback from anyone that has gone for this bonus.
Kind of cryptic fine print: “Account qualifications apply” — what is that supposed to mean?
Also, “Must present this flyer at account opening” suggests that it may have been intended to be targeted.
I live in an eligible county and will give this a shot, but I am not that optimistic ….
Should add “in-branch” to post title. Doubt CC funding will be possible if funded in person.
