These deals take no time at all so I just do them quickly and hope that the crypto will be worth a lot in the future.
No need to memorize the answers. They have always been the second one from the bottom.
Some of these random coins from a few years ago did 30x-100x in 2020 and 2021. Same thing back in 2017. It’s free might as well get the $3 and hold onto them during the crypto bear market.
Wait 2-3 years and hope 1 of 2 of these do that. Why even waste the time to cash them out and create several $3 taxable events?

you can’t even trade these coins on coinbase advanced trading because the minimum amount is like 14.X coins and you get like 5.8 or so right now making it useless at the moment
I’m debating buying a minimum order and then immediately selling with the reward coins. You’ll eat a trading spread and fee each way but better than eating a $1 fee if you sell on the regular trade UI.
I just convert the total amount to Ethereum or Bitcoin as soon as I get it.
So exchange (i.e., “convert”) them into something more useful on the regular CB platform. Conversions are free.
It’s “free” but you get a poor spread/conversion rate.
It’s $3 worth of random, crappy coins. I wouldn’t really worry about the spread.

Looking through my collected assets (which only consist of these random $3 opportunities) on coinbase, it’s ‘amazing’ how much some of them have fallen, quite a few by 90+%. Have around 30 different ones, and alltogether it might pay for a fast food meal if cashed out… 😉
I cry myself to sleep every day in 2022.
Most of these are funny money. I mean seriously anyone can just start a token so they really have no value other than when people are smoking crack in a bull market and pushing them up.
