Delta has partnered with Ticketmaster:
- Earn 1 mile per $1 on eligible Ticketmaster purchases for events in the U.S. and Canada.
As an introductory offer, they have this special through August 31, 2019:
- Earn 3 miles per $1 on eligible Ticketmaster purchases for events in the U.S. and Canada.
The Fine Print
- To earn miles, SkyMiles Members must first visit delta.com/ticketmaster prior to every Ticketmaster purchase.
- Applicable for US dollars or Canadian dollars.
- Miles are awarded based on the ticket price. Taxes, facility, service, parking, insurance, and other fees are excluded from mileage credit.
- Miles will be credited after ticket purchase.
Our Verdict
It’s a shame that you can’t link your accounts once and be done with it, instead you have to go to the special link and input the information each time. Regardless, it’s a pretty easy to rack up free miles. Delta has a similar partnership with Airbnb and with Lyft as well.
