The Offer
- Sign up for the Premier version of the Disney credit card and receive a $200 bonus after spending $500 within 3 months. $49 annual fee not waived for the first year.
Typically, this card comes with a public signup bonus of $100 for the Premier version and $50 for the no-annual-fee version. Now the Premier version has a bonus of $200, the no-annual-fee version is still the same at $50.
We’ve written about the Disney card before as part of our Weird Wednesday series, see Chase Disney Credit Card Review. We noted there that it’s easy to get a $200 bonus by getting referred to the card by an existing cardholder (the referrer also gains a $50 bonus that way), but it wasn’t possible to get $200 using the public link at that time.
The Fine Print
- No word on how long this offer will be publicly available.
- You’ll need to create a Disney account first in order to apply for the card, if you don’t have one already.
Our Verdict
$200 isn’t bad for a cash signup bonus. The downside is that it comes with a $49 annual fee. It’s also issued by Chase, our favorite card issuer, and it could make more sense to save your Chase applications for better cards.
We won’t review all the reward and benefit details of this card here, you can see all that info in our original post.
