DoorDash: Save 10% Off Many eGiftcard Brands; Starbucks, Zift (Amazon), Lowe’s and many more

Update 3/20/25: Offer is back, this time it’s a 10% discount. Not all the brands have the same deal; I’m seeing many of the same like Starbucks and Lowe’s, along with some new ones like Hotels.com, Ulta, and more. (ht to FM who reports it’s only for Dashpass members this time)

The Offer

Direct Link to offer

DoorDash has a special gift card site for selling digital gift cards. They are currently offering 15% discount off many popular gift card brands:

  • Starbucks
  • Zift choice card which includes popular options like Amazon, Lowe’s, Staples, Southwest, Wayfair, Ulta, Spotify and dozens more (note: there are various versions of the card, be sure to select the version which includes the redemption option you desire; it looks like each card can only be redeemed for select brands listed on the card)
  • Lowe’s
  • Walgreens
  • H&M
  • DoorDash
  • Domino’s
  • Brinker
  • Burger King
  • Bass Pro
  • Applebee’s
  • Chili’s
  • Bloomin
  • Outback
  • Carrabas
  • AMC
  • GAP
  • Jamba
  • Spa
  • Bass Pro
  • Bath & Body Works
  • I’m probably missing a few

The Fine Print

  • Valid February 7 – February 14, 2025
  • Limit 2 redemptions
  • Max $20 off with each redemption

Our Verdict

Some solid deals here; max it out with $134 gift card purchase and do it twice. This deal is working even for those without DashPass.

Note, you won’t be able to pay with your DoorDash balance or Chase promo credits on these e-gift card purchases. A reader mentions getting credit for spend at a Restaurant category with this offer, and also says they got 3% back from Capital One Offers.

I purchased five $200 Zgift eGift cards through the DoorDash app and was able to successfully redeem the first two. However, I’ve encountered persistent issues with redeeming the remaining three.
I initially contacted Zgift customer support and was told to try a variety of troubleshooting steps—using different browsers, switching between mobile data and home Wi-Fi, and waiting 4 hours before trying again. None of these suggestions worked.
When I called back, I was told there was nothing more they could do and that the issue was due to DoorDash sending me the incorrect email. I then contacted DoorDash support and spent 42 minutes on the phone, only to be told there is nothing they can do.

So I am now out $540. This sucks.

Same here. I kept getting the message to verify the payment info. Probably will try again after a few days.

Ended up working when I did Paypal eventually. But it seems random which Zift card I get. This time I can’t find Amazon, despite selecting the same card image each time I ordered.

Anyone know which zyft has ebay as an option?

The blue one (that’s usually on the main page) definitely has it, but I think all the Zift gift cards might all be the same with just different designs.

Tip: Kept getting choose another payment method error online, but checking out using apple pay worked.

I think the different zift cards have different transfer options. I bought one that had Amazon and swa but did not see ebay as an option.

Were you able to confirm that the blue one has it even though it’s not listed on the card?

I saw the option for Ebay for the discounted Zift of Zillion card but I didn’t try to redeem it.

Think it is only one of the Zift cards that has the 10%. For me it is the first image when I go to select

The cards that show Amazon are not discounted.

I can attest that the one not showing Amazon (i.e. the one that is actually 10% off), does offer Amazon as a redemption option when you try to use it.

Second DP, I do see Amazon as an option despite the picture on the card not showing Amazon.

Just to add 1 counter DP to my initial DP, I just ordered another 10% off Zift card and do not see Amazon

3rd DP here. Just brought the only one Zift with 10% discount and was able to redeem for Amazon.

I bought one before that was discounted and it showed Amazon, but just purchased another one now and it no longer shows Amazon as an option so beware this has changed

Datapoints looking back on this offer:

  • The Zift GC redemption is picky about email addresses. I would get a generic failure message when trying to redeem until I used an Outlook email address instead of my various privacy-conscious emails.
  • Discover gave 5% Restaurant category cashback.
  • Capital One Offers gave 3% cashback.

Zift worked for me a few days ago. I got 2 GCs and P2 got 2 GCs. But now it’s 5% so not worth the effort. I’m surprised it didn’t work for so many people because we had no issues

Gcx known as raise before offering 14 percent off Amazon gift cards and 11 percent off Walmart gift cards must purchase 250 or above
