Update 3/20/20: Available again with a $15 limit. Normally I’d put a disclaimer about having to go in store due to COVID-19 but Sam’s Club obviously sells essential items as well. Still if you can avoid it/you’re not getting essentials then I’d recommend staying at home to help flatten the curve.
Update 10/25/19: This is back with no lifetime cap, no daily cap is mentioned but it’s still capped at $15. Hat tip to NoSmd

Our Verdict
They’re sending out an email with these offers; I’m not positive if it’s available for everyone, but you can easily check the app to find out. Previously, there was a YMMV offer of between 4 – 10% back, I believe this 5% offer is more widely available, and possibly available for everyone.
The $20 back on new memberships is pretty interesting when used in conjunction with the Amex Offer for $25 back by linking your Amex card with Dosh. After the $25 from Amex and $20 from Dosh, the $45 membership is essentially free. It’s much better than free when stacked with all the other stacks mentioned in our original post.

Had the 5% offer but 3% in store offer is not available to me. 3% in-app is still available but there are so many category restrictions the benefit is really limited.
Similar to you. Saw 5% in the early part of past week with lifetime $15 cap. then it dropped to 3%. Now only 3% mobile purchase offer. Curious about the lifetime language. Does it come and go ? Once an offer shows lifetime max language doesn’t it mean it’s kinda permanent even if the offer might change later?
I’m not sure – it said lifetime $15 but it let me do roughly $11 one day then the full $15 a few days later last week (normal purchases) before permanently disappearing. I hadn’t seen it in Dosh since about a year ago and at that time it was a $5(?) weekly or daily max before it disappeared.
Did anyone else have their gas pump transactions stop tracking? They used to be eligible.
The current 3% in store cash back offer is not that useful to me since Discover card holders are currently getting 5% cash back and Dosh doesn’t work with Discover cards.
I mean that Dosh doesn’t allow adding Discover Card. This prevents stacking of the 5% Discover Card cash back on wholesale clubs with the Dosh 3% cash back offer. Since I can’t stack, I’ll just take the Discover Card 5% cash back.
I have 3% for in-App cashback (buy through Sam’s Club app launched through Dosh) with no lifetime max but lots of category restrictions (similar to Swagbucks which offers 2% currently).
I also have the 5% in store lifetime max $15. I used Dosh at Sam’s regularly through last April when it died have earned less than $6 since then from random restaurants. Between this and Staples I should finally be able to cash out again!
Used today, did not work with the scan & go app but still probably worth it to skip the line.
Dosh did go to pending immediately for the subsequent essential items purchase at the attached liquor store.
That Scan and Go purchase surprisingly posted today at 5% (was never pending).

The last part is a bit confused! I did use DOSH app to open Staples.com and buy GC, it tracked within 2-3 minutes but my card had not been charged within that time. However, DOSH still tracked it. But the last part also mention we do not need to go through DOSH at all, how do they track it

Funny story- my SC actually moved the MCGC so that you now have to ask a manager to get them. I asked one of the unfamiliar cashiers why and she said “Beacuse some guy came kept coming in here and buying a couple thousand dollars at a time and it was really weird.”
Hahahaha. It was the 5x MR that caused that change, but I hit it pretty hard with with the old Dosh trifecta as well. I actually still have Uber cash from the VLO- does anyone still get those offers?

Back in the day you could do one every 24hrs. Wonder if that is still the case or if they finally cut that off.
Or do you actually not get any cashback this time at all, since you’re obv over ‘$15 lifetime’…?
