Dosh (card linked loyalty program) recently made an update and it’s potentially very bad news. The update clearly states two things:
- Cash back deposits will now go through a temporary “pending” processing where we verify your purchase is valid and make sure you get the right amount of cash back.
- Cash back withdrawals will also go through a temporary “pending” processing so we can confirm your deposit made it into your account
Some transactions that shouldn’t have earned rewards have been earning them, I suspect this is an attempt to prevent this from happening in the future.
