Drop claiming Ollie reversed my order / payment and won’t credit me 105k pts despite that not ever being true. Drop is a scam.
I now have 110,000 point with Drop. I see redemption options for 25k, 50k, and 100k. Is there a way for me to redeem the “last” 10k?
Drop sometimes offers $10 cash out to places like Amazon but havent seen that in a while. I believe there are 30k redemptions too so you can do a 50k and two 30ks. I would do two 50k Amazons and try to get 15k more for a 25k food gift card
This is a scam offer.
Because a large number of members that attempted to complete this offer at the time did not meet the requirement of being a first-time Ollie user, some, like your purchase, were reversed. This does mean that points were not awarded in that case.

Just got my 105k points today! I submitted a ticket at the beginning and haven’t followed up since, so this is a nice surprise! 💰
Got my points today too. I initially inquired after about a week and then 20 days after, I inquired again because I was concerned it wasn’t even showing as pending. But the rep I spoke to confirmed that they saw that I had shopped through the app and it could take 30 days to show. Well, what do you know. 30 days later and I have the points. Awesome.

I think I was lucky somehow but I’m very polite and wait several days to email/reply back to them each time they told me to wait. I kept repeating my inquiry with a screenshot of my receipt attached.
Finally. Probably will cash out and just stick with card-linked offer, that what worked for me so far smoothly.

Went through on my phone, placed order, got Drop push notification a few hours later and 80K points showing as pending. Good for my good dog!
