Back then, ebay coupons were linked to ebay accounts, but i think ebay got smart and linked it to paypal accounts now. So even if you use different ebay accounts, if once you pay with the same paypal account, it says “this coupon has already been used for another order”. I don’t have mutiple paypal accounts.”

Tested, and your assumption appears to be right.
You could get a lot of button/cell batteries for $3.
A lot of the cheap strips of button cell batteries are knock offs of the brand names and don’t work very well from my experience. Have had quite a few dead car remotes from those!

I ended up waiting for a deal to come along. I’ll save items in My Ebay that I might want, but maybe don’t want to pay full price, or have a hard time justifying the purchase.
So I ended up using the discount on a Krispy Kreme fund raising card; buy a box, get a box free. But there are 10 free boxes to be had with it.
