Our Verdict
We haven’t seen many of these promotions recently, last one was up to 8% but most people were targeted for 3%.
I usually get targeted but not this time.
Actually got targeted for once. Too bad my purchase was several days ago.

How 10%?
My guess is the 10% includes the eBay Bucks 5% and the 5% you can get from Slide (4% eBay + 1% for adding funds). If not, I have no idea.
