Our Verdict
It’s a shame that SPG is excluded, because they are the only hotel program that is really worth converting from (1:1 rate, but the 5,000 bonus miles for transfers in increments of 20,000). This promo is also being issued by Etihad rather than any of the other card issuers (e.g Citi), Etihad ran a similar deal twice last year in December and April. Even though this bonus isn’t from Citi directly, we’ve included it in the complete list of Citi transfer bonuses.
