Darn, my closest location (Doral) says “Rewards coming soon”. I called and nobody could confirm that they would accept free burger offer.

Where did you see this Fine Print? I logged into the website and couldn’t find it anywhere. Also, is this good for a pick-up order?

My offer says, “… redeem FREE burger or sandwich with purchase of $5 or more. Discount will not exceed $12.00.”

For $12 off the free burger/sandwich you have approx 2 weeks too redeem – no e-mail is sent – you have to redeem it manually – from a desktop/browser its found under “Offers” Sub menu :

Should be on main page if you install app (only checked Google Play version) . But you can redeem in app.
