A day after receiving a response to my help ticket, I got another PayPal payment today… for $16.99. This was in addition to the $12 partial refund I received yesterday.
So all in all, this was a $12 money maker for me. Plus a 12-pack of free beer.
Submitted rebate on 4/21/21 and received Venmo yesterday for full $20.
Not sure why some people are getting lesser amount if eligible for full $20. Pack of 12 did cost $21.99 in my neck of woods in PA
It took about half a dozen visits to different stores, but I finally found a 12-pack. This was yesterday, 4/21. Paid $16.99. Uploaded receipt yesterday. Today I got a text from HopValley, then a PayPal payment moments latter. Yay!

Update: paid me the outstanding pre-tax amount, but stiffed me on the $1.45 state sales tax (yeah prolly in the terms). So out of pocket was under $1.50 for a great 12-er of beer. Thanks again, DOC!!!
Agree the beer is good and different than most commercial beers in the supermarkets. Fast customer service email response and they sent me the remaining balance. We must pay taxes.

I bought the beer, I go through the process, I take a photo of the receipt, and NOTHING happens. It takes me back to the same screen to put in my DOB and take the photo. again. Any ideas how to get out of the loop?
