Our Verdict
Normally I hate free after rebate deals, but these easy rebates via PayPal usually aren’t too bad so worth it if you want to try the product out.
When you click of DOC’s link, it now says “This offer is only redeemable in the following regions:
DE, MD, NJ, PA”
Be sure to check the list of participating retailers before making your purchase. I was going to buy it at Tops yesterday, but I checked, and they were not on the list. Too bad, since they had a good selection of varieties.
Has anyone gotten paid for this yet? I am still waiting on mine.
Same, the site says the within 72 hours, but the time frame already passed, still not hear anything.
I haven’t received any updates since I uploaded my receipt two days ago. I found this reddit post, and the founder claimed the offer is only valid in Philadelphia, but there are no such restrictions in the offer page. The offer page only lists the participating retailers and does not mention states.
I’m happy with the product, but I’m a little bit concerned about whether or not I can receive the rebate.

So, some interesting updates.
The good news: I emailed sampoll, and they said, “Not to worry Reece – we are absolutely honoring any redemptions that have come in. Yours is no exception.”
The bad news: My DMs with this “SamPollMatt” person did not go well. Once I noticed they were with the company, I messaged them and asked if they changed the terms for new users or if they were not honoring the original offer, and the response was, uh, wild:
He did not like me mentioning terms: “What are you even talking about terms? Where does it say that we allow this offer everywhere? We did not explicitly state that this offer is valid everywhere”.
He said they would only be honoring it for Philadelphia shoppers: “We can only honor this offer for Philadelphia per our client’s request.”
He said, “there was never an agreement made between you and Sampoll”.
And then he invited me to do another offer (lol): “We have other offers. Did you try our Fusion Nutra offer?”
On the one hand, I trust the official email more than a reddit user. On the other hand, I can’t imagine someone faking being with the company and it’s been well over 72 hours for me now. So I don’t know. I’ll come back here regardless and update/say my next steps if they refuse to honor.
This is not right. There is nowhere in the term mentioned that this is only available in Philadelphia. The offer was posted in several websites, and now they just refuse honoring it?
I don’t mind to try this even I have to pay for it. But this is definitely cheating to earn business.
Got my payment! Took a bit over 100 hours. I recommend sending an email to [email protected] if you haven’t gotten paid. I will continue to follow comments here.
I submitted on Thursday and got paid last night. Not in Philly area. It’s good that they’re seemingly honoring the promotion for everyone, and with all those stupid Q and A’s we had to do, it’s strange that there was nothing upfront to signal the geographic restriction.
Seeing how the list of participating stores includes Wegmans, and they do not have a store in Philly, I’d say that is definitely incorrect info. Plus of course people have been paid.
Update: I got paid a couple of hours ago. I did submit a request via the chatbot to follow up on my redemption status today. It might be worth submitting a follow-up ticket if you have not received your rebate.
Honestly though this is a pretty solid sauerkraut. Definitely in for healthy deals. Thanks for sharing

Thanks. I’d like to give this product a try. They do have the dubious distinction of being the first organization to ever ask me if I was “non-binary.”
If that was upsetting, this kraut clearly isn’t for you.
What does being non-binary have to do with kraut? You must love sexualized, cross dressing adults reading to children in libraries.
What does any demographic information have to do with anything any time its asked? Male? Female? Age? Race? Companies want to know who buys their products and then use that data for marketing.
And what does a Drag Queen Story Hour have to do with this conversation, other than to serve as some random straw man argument? Quit grasping at straws, especially when you don’t know what you’re talking about (Drag Queen Story Hour isn’t a sexualized experience.)
How do they even identify same household?
