Last week I got tired of waiting and wasn’t sure they would approve for whatever reason so submitted a second request under different google voice number. Today got paid for both of them. Great deal!
Once you send your email address, make sure it sends you a message back immediately confirming it. If you don’t get the immediate confirmation message, it didn’t work.
I waited for several days, switched to Venmo, still didn’t get a confirmation message for the email, finally used phone number and immediately got the confirmation. Payment showed up a couple minutes later.
No idea if it just didn’t like my email address or if it doesn’t take any email addresseses
I did this over the weekend. Uploaded my receipt and received a “Once your purchase is verified, we’ll let you know. Your submission ID is….” txt back. 4 days later, nothing, so we will see.
ETA: 8 days later received the txt message back. VENMO was almost instantaneous after that.
Purchased Saturday morning. Receipt approved and received rebate this morning.

There’s an email address in the terms you can ask. Don’t think anyone else would know. The terms state mug or zero sugar.
I submitted my receipt last night and still no response yet. I thought this crap should be automated.
Same, it’s been past 24h since I submitted and still no rebate.
Still nothing after 2 days.. will return the soda tomorrow if no rebate.
there is a email address you can send regarding the submission. I will try that.
Just got an update that my rebate submission was approved and received the payment via Venmo. They will get to it but just needs some time.
