I successfully received both this one and the other General Mills rebate posted here for Nature Valley bars. With this rebate, I was able to get 5 boxes of Mott’s bars for free by combining the rebate with Ibotta and Fetch Rewards cashback, plus digital and Catalina coupons. The bars are decent in that they’re soft and sweet, and I think the apple and berry flavors are better than the banana one. I only did one rebate for my household this time since I saw others were having trouble getting multiple rebates approved on the last General Mills rebate offer.
I submitted both rebates for PayPal on 9/3, and received both rebates by PayPal on 9/12, so 9 days exactly it took for the rebates to hit my PayPal account after uploading my receipts online. I submitted the rebates separately, but all Mott’s bars and the Nature Valley bars were purchased on the same receipt. One of the Mott’s bars came out to be $1.49 after Ralph’s/Kroger digital coupon, but I entered $2.49 on the form where asked (since the others bars I bought were $2.49 each after buy 5, save $5 sale), and I got $2.49 for that rebate.

I did the motts promo and the promo you listed and only got paid for the nature valley breakfast promo. I assume its 1 per household
I also did both promos and so far have only received the 1st rebate. Did they tell you that you didn’t qualify for the 2nd or are you just speculating?

Same company is handling both promos.
I’m not worried then. It is 2 completely different promos. The Motts is probably just taking longer.
I submitted the NV 1st and also received it in about 1 week.
I heard back from them. They say both promo can be done and they wait a month to confirm and up to 2nd month to pay out on this promo listed above.

It’s not available in all states (I’m a resident of CT, which is not eligible for rebate)

I did this about a week or two ago. Still have not heard anything back about the rebate and the rebate website lookup is finding anything when I enter my information. So this is definitely not a quick rebate process.
It says three to five weeks when I submitted my rebate….. hopefully they actually pay out
Yeah I just do not understand why they would have a “Rebate lookup” if they are not going to post the rebate status until it is approved.
For past General Mills rebates I’ve claimed, it has usually taken a couple weeks past the initial promised date for me to receive the rebate. And I’ve had to email them to inquire about where it is.
In the terms, it says: “Allow up to eight (8) weeks from our receipt of your request to send your rebate.”
So I wouldn’t be surprised if it takes 10 weeks or more to actually receive the $$.

I think that a lot of us give out our contact info for a lot less than $5 so that’s a pretty good deal.
And it does not matter whether you give it out or not because data brokers are out there selling it and keeping all the profits in their own pockets, which the US government permits for reasons that likely involve some of the money going into politicians’ pockets.
