Was anyone able to get this to work? I’ve used these types of digital payments before, including one for EggLife, but after scanning it, the cashier told me that it said “no qualifying healthcare products.” I’m wondering if they either didn’t set up the offer correctly or if it’s just not a legitimate offer.

Got these for free before. Agreed that these were not very good. I had to force myself to finish them and I’ll eat pretty much anything.

Kroger would NOT accept this online digital coupon, or any digital coupon. I called the Vizervelocity telephone number, but the call did not go through. I have tried to unsubscribe from them online, but I have not been able to do so. I hope this isn’t a scam!

I’ve used this offer before – it’s not a scam. The cashier probably didn’t do it right. There’s only one cashier in the Kroger that I go to that knows how to apply these types of digital payments correctly even though there are clear instructions on how to do it.

I would just try a different cashier next time and read off the directions to them. I usually do it in a separate transaction so I’m not buying anything else with it. It also doesn’t work in self-checkout with cashier assistance so be sure to go in the regular line. Hope it works for you!
