Got one to give away to someone else. I personally won’t use this because it has chamomile in it, so if you’re allergic to ragweed, then you can’t consume this. Also, you can only request one of these samples per household because it’s a proctor and gamble sample, and per my experience, they do enforce the household limit on their samples.

I had always assumed this site attracted the more educated half of the population. Sad to see that isn’t the case.

I hope none of the people in these comments eat fish, eggs, nuts, or milk. They contain high doses of melatonin!

Are you kidding? There’s a difference between foods that contain melatonin and concentrated melatonin. Just like there’s a difference between sugar in raw food (fruit) vs literal sugar.

Doing a GB or drinking a lot usually does the trick for me. Worst comes to worst, someone punches me in the face and I get knocked out. Sleep like a baby.
