By recent experience of mine, the voucher probably will be good only for the $3 base fare price, not covering taxes, fees or ancillary services. Also, probably you could redeem the voucher only once and whatever is left is revoked.
Is it worth changing the last name?
apparently it costs $150-$200 to change your last name, and it takes time. So by the time it goes through, the offer may have expired
