All of the very cheap items are excluded but there should be some stuff you can find to turn a small profit and get some stuff for free. Is anyone else experiencing delays in getting the rebate? I got mine in about 4 weeks, but other extended family members have now been waiting for over two months (receipts submitted in early October). I helped them submit the receipts, so I am now wondering whether submitting more than one receipt from the same IP address is going to cause a denial, even though these were legitimately relatives who are not part of my household.

your suspicion is correct. i am in a similar situation, and called today, and was told just that – they are tracking IP address. They are reviewing my case.This is not right.
