- The Drop app is offering 100 points back per $1 spent at Apple.com.
That’s the same as getting 10% back on your Apple purchase in the form of gift cards. E.g. if you buy an iPhone for $1,000, you can get back $100 worth of Amazon gift cards. You can find the offer under ‘Mobile Offers’.

Our Verdict
Pretty sweet offer. Some people have mentioned having tracking issues with Drop, not sure if they are worse with tracking than other portals or the same. Check out our review on the Drop app here.

10% of a scam=0. Drop doesn’t track anything. I have about $150 that they refuse to payout despite having hard proof that I used their link. I’ve complained to the BBB and CFPB and Drop ignores the BBB and CFPB claims they do not have jurisdiction over Drop. They really need to be fined.
Great point, Drop has screwed me out of points for years. Simply put, once you know its a scam you cant shop with their link unless the deal alone is great. Too many other portals prob offering the same rewards that will actually pay you. I couldnt even get the 5,000 pts for a new account with the doctorofcredit referral link here..lmao.
I just deleted Drop app last month. It is terrible at tracking. If you buy something because the cashback, don’t do it with drop

Apple has a 18-month 0% offer through Barclays on large purchases (like new computers, etc). Is there any way to combine w/ this Drop offer? I believe you apply through Apple and have a window of time to make your purchase. If these could be stacked, that would be exceptional …
Bought iPhone XS Max ($1164.94) from within Drop app on 11/13 and 141081 points are pending on 11/27. May be another glitch but this is even better at 120+ points per $.. Thanks DoC!

My 10% back from ebay just went cleared.
Once it cleared, they only gave me 2% back. They said it’s an issue with their system and it will be resolved “within a few weeks”.
Be careful! Could just be a bait and switch. Maybe they’re hoping I forget about it.
I came here to post the same thing. I made a $200 eBay purchase during the period they were offering 100 points/dollar (10%). For the past two months it has shown $20 in points pending from eBay. The points finally cleared yesterday, but when they posted it was only $4 (2%).
I contacted them and got a similar response as Beefer did. They said they are having issues with eBay points and are working to resolve it.
Same issue as the above. This was for eBay purchases from late September. None of my purchases tracked at all during the last eBay promo day in October. Drop is a terrible app/site. There are better sites out there to use.

You get 100 points per $1. If you spend $100, you’ll get 10,000 points which can be redeemed for a $10 Amazon gift card, so that’s 10% back.

I got a $700 iphone on drop when they were doing 100 pt bonus too. It finally posted after a month and a half after pending on 70k points, and I only got 20k points.
I guess it somehow reverted to the new offer?
Bummer, sounds like their IT is out of wack. Try filing with support.
+1. I did the ebay offer 45 days ago and my points credited today. They went pending as about 35,000 points (10% of a $335 purchase), but a few days ago they reduced their rate back to 20/$ from 100/$, and it posted with the 20/$ rate, so I ended up only getting about 6700 points when it posted today.
+1 on eBay comment above. Price reverted to 2% after posting. Doubt any recourse is available.
Happened to me too. I had more than $1000 ebay purchases during 100pt/dollar period and when they did post, I only got 20pt/dollar according to the new offer . Knowing this, such Apple.com deal is pretty much non-existent, because when the point posts, the offer will fall to regular earning rate. /u/Chunk
+1 on the ebay offer. Drop is terrible. Also missing on multiple other offers and have contacted their support 15+ times. Support is pretty much useless and back and forth emails take weeks…
Would do it if you are buying anyways but certainly will not depend on the offer as I did that with ebay and failed miserably.
Update here. Drop is aware of it and has an eng fix out for it (says it might take them at least a month to fix?).
Also, I didn’t mention it in my original post and forgot to check, but everyone understood it anyway, but this was their eBay deal!
I signed up for classpass and the Hulu Amex offer of $5 credit via Drop and have yet to have any points post. I emailed them and they responded that theywould supposedly look into it. It’s been a week and no response. I honestly think their service is BS.
FYI. I had missed points from them (twice through two different promotions – portal bonus). I reported from the Drop app. Both are resolved (points credits). It took around one month each time lol
I am still waiting on my Classpass points as well from a month ago. I agree their service is bad.
Really wish Drop would allow MS. makes me not want to link any card to it
FWIW I have only had a few issues with other portals and enough with drop to persuade me from attempting their offers.
Are your Drop problems related to portal bobusrs or card-linked bonuses? I think they’ve pretty much stopped giving me card-linked bonuses, but I’ve never used their portal deals.
