Our Verdict
This is a nice deal if you buy Kellogg’s anyway. I’m not clear on what the freebie Kellogg’s items are.
Hat tip to reader CA
Chuck Some grocery stores have BOGO sales each week on these cereals. Makes for an even better deal.
Wayne,
Are you saying that doing a B1G1 will count for 2 $5 coupons or will it only count for 1 but getting the free item makes it a better deal?
Eric Since all you need is one Kellogg product to qualify why not wait until it’s a BOGO offer. That way you get two products for the price of one.
Sometimes a sale item is a better deal than B1G1 (ie if it is on sale for $2 and the regular price is $5).
3/8 – ordered print coupon
4/17 – received coupon in mail
Still can’t place order from second receipt that was approved on 3/9. “There was an error processing your order” error when I try to load the redemption link. Happens in multiple browsers, adblock disabled and third party cookies allowed.

Pretty worthless promotion. I have had nothing but problems with it.
Kellogg’s claims their printable coupons that they mail are all “sold out” and forces you into the digital coupons.
The digital coupons cannot be used at self-checkout.
Even after following the instructions multiple times, the cashier couldn’t make the digital coupon work.
Meanwhile, I stood with a long line behind me, embarrassed, for like 3-5 minutes while 3 different people tried to make it work, then they just gave it to me.
Never again, Kelloggs. What a pain in the rear. How hard can it be to mail printable versions?
I went to barcode bucks website and it said that it works at Walgreens. But when I got the links, there is no Walgreens option. Only option is CVS which think cereal is like gold and charges accordingly.
This seems to be working now. I am able to click the link provided in emails to redeem again. Print coupons are OOS, just barcode bucks available.
When I click on the link to submit the receipt, I get an error message. Is anybody able to get through when clicking on the link?
Is anybody having problems downloading the $5 coupon received via email. I received an email that my receipt was approved, but when I clicked on the link in the email to download the coupon, I received an error message “There was an issue processing your error”.
Same issue for me.
I submitted a receipt about two weeks ago and was able to claim that $5 coupon just fine. This past week I submitted a second receipt and got approved but the page keeps giving that error.
Same exact issue, I will wait a few more days – otherwise, will have to contact them.

Were you able to make it work? and I am wondering which option is better?
Breakfast For All – Printed Coupon
Breakfast For All – $5 Barcode Buck$
Not that familiar with this Barcode Buck$
I love this site. Here is a way to get a $5 coupon and there is another post about depositing $500k into an investment account.
FYI, you can double dip (use a receipt you get from the free product and submit that for another free product).
Just got emails that all three of my receipts were rejected with the subject “Your receipt was too late” then in the body of the message:
THERE WAS AN ISSUE

Oops, your receipt didn’t meet the
requirements for this promotion.
It could be because your receipt didn’t
have participating products, the
promotion hasn’t started (or it ended)
or you hit your limit. You know what?
Take a closer look at the promo details
here and try again if need be.
None of the reasons they state are true but what a way to get you to buy their products.
Combine with Ibotta’s current deals on Pop Tarts and a few Kelloggs cereals.
