Our Verdict
Looks like they are adding two new gift card promotions each day, we will repost if any interesting deals come along. I’m not sure if these deals are available for all giant eagles or only the ones where fuelperks+ is being rolled out. This works online, so should work for all eligible states. Shipping is also free.

Its pretty useless, they only carry $100 or lower Mastercards with 5.95 fee.

If you buy the 30 gallons of gas from fuel perks, (1 trip), you could essentially save 7.10 in gas plus rewards from whatever card you used to buy $150 in mastercard.
Or buy this with at least a 2% rewards card, get 30 cents fuelperks, then use these to buy other gift cards at the store and get maybe 3x fuel perks per 50 bucks.
