Our Verdict
This has a $5.95 activation fee, no shipping fee as it’s a virtual card. One time use kind of kills the deal, but some people have high portal rates on giftcards.com currently.

Just in case anybody is still following, during this sale I had a bunch of orders not track correctly through USB Earn Mall. They ended up tripling the actual order total from 768 to 2303 on two separate orders. Since this breached the $2k order threshold, no rewards were given. I submitted a ticket and they eventually credited me the correct amounts, ($23 each). It took about 9 weeks after I submitted the inquiry on missing cashback.

Their own website says 10% off of $100, but I went above that and my order maxed out at $20 discount too.
Some interesting DPs:
* The email I received says max $30 discount, but in practice, @guest_1510725 is correct in that a max of $20 is applying to the shopping cart.
* This discount works on denominations higher than $100 at a proportional discount. That is, a $10 off a $100 VGC, $12.50 off $125, etc. Once your VGC value reaches $200+, the discount stays at $20. So, you can max out the discount with a $200 VGC purchase ($185.95 total, the equivalent of a ~7% discount).
Thanks only 3% for me at C1. Single 250 card (or $200 if you are not after spend) maxes this offer. So have to make multiple orders for P1, P2, etc.

I noticed that Cap1 Offer used to have $2,000 limit for a month. But now it only says "Credits will be issued on transactions to $2,000". Not sure what this change means. $2,000 per day? per order?

try paypal, some taxes can be paid with paypal and some merchants (tax collectors) allow paypal split payment
No. There are other tools that you could combine. But not to pay tax.
