GrubHub+ (Plus): Free 90 Day Trial

Update 9/26/21: There is a new link via Twitch.

Update 4/14/21: Anybody can get 90 days free by using the T-Mobile link.

Seems most people are only seeing two weeks free unfortunately.

Both GrubHub and Seamless are offering a free 90 day trial for GrubHub+/Seamless+ in app. A lot of readers already have GrubHub+ because Lyft Pink comes with free GrubHub+ and the Chase Sapphire Reserve offers free Lyft Pink (wow a bit of a mouthful). In some locations you get a free monthly $10 pick up meal, otherwise GrubHub+ offers:

  • Free delivery (minimum $12 order)
  • Donations are doubled (e.g round up your change to the near dollar and GrubHub matches it. With GrubHub+ this will be matched and doubled)
  • Exclusive offers and deals

Grubhub is the absolute worst. They treat restaurants and their drivers like trash, and raise the prices and charge extra fees even if you have their crappy membership.

GH+ is already free to the general public without CC for the rest of 2021, so there’s no point in signing up for this 90-day trial which requires CC

Offer expires 9/31/21, lol. Might use it but grubhub kinda blows, still I gotta use that $10 perk from Amex Gold.

I had previously signed up for a 90 day trial after two weeks GrubHub started charging me full membership claiming it was an error in the sign up process and would not give me back my money…

Does it let you keep the 90 days even if you cancel immediately? I can’t tell if so

Just tried it and it does not. It did let me sign up again for 90 free days after canceling.

After I joined grubhub+ via lyft pink, I got the $10 free pickup meal for about 3 months, but then I stopped getting them. There were some data points that since grubhub + was free with lyft pink, those weren’t getting the free meal. Anyone know if these free trials qualified for them? I’m in Cleveland.

No, not offering free $10 with these sign ups. I chatted and was told tmobile offer isn’t regular membership and won’t get you free $10 monthly

A bit of a DP, I started Grubhub+ in Feb because I also picked up an Amex Gold card so figured it’d be useful. P2 also has one now so we’ve kept it. I do live in an area where I get a free $10 pickup every month with it, so it basically pays for itself.

I did try to cancel after the first two weeks though and they gave me an extra $15 perk to keep it as a DP, it was automated.

I got the same pop-up offer but disappeared when I wanted to revisit it. I chatted with two reps via the app and the second rep sent me a link to the promo. I think the offer is area specific. I’m still waiting for an email verifying my eligibility after I signed up via the link sent by the rep.

Tl;dr contact support!

I got a targeted pop up from them on my phone for 90 days. When I clicked on it, the offer was for only 14 days
