Registered for this promotion weeks ago, booked and completed my stay this past weekend using a points reward redemption (award nights) for a 2 night stay.

Under Hilton points activity, I’m seeing “Miles to Miles Delta Airlines” 0 points dated with my checkout date.

After reading the terms, it’s not clear that stays booked using point redemptions isn’t eligible to earn Miles. Likely worth a quick call to Hilton.

It will. I just returned from NYC having used two free night certificates for the Hilton Conrad Midtown. Cost = $0 & no resort fees. About 2 days after check-out I received 1,000 Delta miles.
I also stayed at a new Hilton Spark near Dallas Love Field. Paid with points (26,000) and also received 1,000 Delta miles.

DP: Opted into this *after* I had already booked my flight & stay. Still received the 1,000 points.

Ah! That’s where these miles came from in my Delta account.

I had a Hilton stay over the weekend booked months ago and received miles. Miles did post even though I’m certain promo signup was after Hilton hotel reservation but before my overnight stay at the Hilton.

does this mean they won’t be doing a 2x points promotion this summer?

As diluted and devalued as Hilton points have been, they’re still better than SkyPesos

Heads up to anyone wanting to use read through the T&C any bookings made prior to enrollment do not count. IDK how strict they will be at enforcing it but better safe than sorry.
