[All Properties Now Bookable] Hilton Partners With Autocamp (Earn & Redeem Points)

Update 6/4/24: All properties are now bookable, doesn’t look great value at about 0.5¢ per point.

Hilton has announced a partnership Autocamp and in the coming months Hilton members will be able to earn, redeem and enjoy exclusive benefits on Autocamp stays. Unfortunately we don’t know what the redemption rate will be and if it’ll be a fixed value based on the cost price or something else.

I just book them through CSR portal for way cheaper points redemption, despite having the Hilton Aspire. I don’t think Diamond member get anything extra there.

Can see Airstreams for almost 0.8 cpp over weekends in the summer. Has a certain novelty value.

$350 or 70000 points to stay in a tent? Hard pass

Live now.

Did not look extensively, but a couple random searches were in the neighborhood of 0.5 cpp. That’s my floor value for Hilton redemptions, so this will be useful when I’m looking to book something like this.

Those who are chasing cpp will still be going for Waldorf Astoria, Conrad, etc.

Yeah people would rather stay at a Waldorf Astoria over a tent. Go figure.

High end camper, not a tent.
If you don’t like it, that’s cool too.
I speculate this is helpful for things like holidays near National Parks.

I looked at Catskills it was as tent or a tiny camper. Definitely not high end. I have stayed in tents at National parks and National Forests it’s more like $10

My bad, sorry. I had only looked at the Cape Cod one and it was all Airstreams. The Catskill one (I picked a random night) does have tents and Airstreams, both. The good news is they are the exact same # of points, so no reason to choose the tent, unless you want that.

There is also a handicapped accessible Airstream for same # of points. Comes out to 0.56 CPP (Again, just 2 searches so far) so not amazing.

Base level rooms go for $200-300, so I’m estimating at least 50K per night. Not great CPP for Hilton standards, but still good to have an outdoors option and I’ll probably use this to visit some parks

Would be cool if hilton points were useful for anything cause their properties have absolute TRASH redemption rates

After the MGM rollout, nobody wants to get Bonvoyed into a Marriott partnership.

Excited for this! Glad to see some nice camping RVs in some of my favourite national parks.
Though I’m not sure how expensive it would be to book these with Hilton points

OK, I was being kind of dumb based on the pic alone. But they also have luxury cabins in nature that look VERY nice! (Glamping and such.) Could be really cool!
