Hilton Timeshare Offer – Get 3 Nights + 50k Points For $149

The Offer

Direct link to offer

  • Hilton Grand Vacations (Hilton’s timeshare brand) is offering discount rates and points.  As part of this deal you need to complete a two hour timeshare presentation and pitch. All locations are $149 for three nights + 50,000 points.
    • Las Vegas, NV
    • Orlando, FL
    • Myrtle Beach, SC for $199
    • Daytona Beach, FL for $199
    • Hilton Head, SC for $199
    • Gatlinburg, TN for $199
    • Virginia Beach, VA for $199
    • Williamsburg, VA for $199

Our Verdict

Pretty lame offer as we’ve seen 100k points regularly. You can normally get a better deal than publicly listed by calling in. Best tactic seems to call in asking for more information and then saying your partner isn’t 100% convinced yet, I wouldn’t even accept their first counter offer). You can see what additional offers people have gotten before here.

Does one need to be a citizen of US to participate in these timeshare presentations? I called for one timeshare with some other hotel and they told only US citizens are eligible for their timeshares. Is this true with all timeshares or just with that specific timeshare company?

it all doesn’t matter. Whole point is to find legacy Diamond Resorts (touring now as Hilton Grand Vacations) in a particular CA city

I thought they were giving you $149 plus 50000 points. If I have to pay for the hotel why would I listen to a timeshare.

I signed up for something similar, but when I went to book all of the dates were taken. So i lost my money. And in the case of this deal, i would also not get the points. 🙁

Depending on when it happened, its still probably there. I’ve had trips booked almost extended 2 years just by calling in and looking up your reservation. They want your money. 🙂

Beware tho, the 3 free nights are not usually at the timeshare property. They put you up at whatever is cheap nearby. The Hilton guys are pushy and try to make you feel bad if you say no. As long as you know this going in, and adjust your expectations, it’s ok.

I wish somebody would try to make me feel bad.

Anyone know if I would be available for this offer if did a stay and promotion in Jan 2024? Terms state “You are not eligible to participate in this promotion if you have attended a Hilton Grand Vacations sales presentation at any property within the last year”.

I would not use the promo til after January 2025, but not sure if I would be eligible since I purchase it prior to the 12 month requirement

Anyone know a legacy Diamond Resorts (now operating as Hilton Grand Vacations) sales office in any particular CA city? They’d allow attendance as early as 31 days since last one!

This seems like a great deal. Does this include resort fees? Is there an east way to find out how much they will be?

Included when I did it for Marriott and was put up in the Aria, including parking. Room was nothing special as those have said but using your Wyndham Biz makes the rest of the strip more tolerable.

Note, this does not include airfare.
That is what I was told when calling one of their locations.
For the dates available, airfare was very expensive.

Have you ever seen any of them offer airfare? I never have and seriously doubt that’s a thing.

all of this is immaterial, unless there exists a legacy Diamond Resorts (now as HGV) in a particular CA city(?)
