Account opened on August 24th. 5K worth (Cumulative) DD in both September, and October. Got a 400$ bonus on the 1st week of November.

Nevermind. My application got rejected because, I recently changed my address, and the Credit bureaus don’t have my updated address.
I see this statement. ‘Make monthly recurring direct deposits totaling at least $5,000 to an HSBC Premier checking account(s) within 90 calendar days of account opening;’ If I get 2 DD from the employer for 2500 each in August, will that work?
I think recurring means more than one month. So you may need to repeat what you will do for Aug for Sept too.

I closed my last HSBC account on 6/2/2018 so unfortunately I am not eligible for the regular $600 offer, but I can apply for this HSBC referral offer anytime after 6/3/2021. However, this referral offer right now is only $400 for Premier account, while historical high was $600. Since HSBC is exiting the U.S. market, is it worth to wait for a higher Premier offer OR get this $400 referral bonus now? Not sure if HSBC will have any new premier account welcome bonus after exiting U.S. Any ideas?
