Early Account Termination Fee
I’m unsure if there is any early account termination fee as I was unable to find the fee schedule.

I got a mailer from them saying that I can give referrals, although as Will said, there’s no additional benefit for the new account.
soft pull I assume? Any chance you could hook me up?
Sorry, it looks like my mailer was actually from Cedar Rapids. I got mixed up as they have the same logo and the checking account is also named MAXX.
No biggie, thanks anyways.
Just over the border in Wisconsin:
“Thank you for your interest, but we are unable to approve you for a Maxx Checkingâ„¢ Account account. “
Isn’t “Maxx Checking” the name of the account at Cedar Rapids Bank and Trust?
Same ownership group maybe?
Same parent company. QCR Holdings, per their parent company links at both banks.
Have you been approved for both accounts?
I was just approved for the Community Bank & Trust one, after having the Cedar Rapids Bank & Trust one open, and bonus completed.
I am unable to login to the Community Bank website, but if I got to the CRBT website and login, it shows my new Community bank account number.
Given that info, I would assume we probably won’t be eligible for the second bonus, but we’ll see. I’ll still hit the requirements. No terms saying anything about a prior Cedar Rapids Bank & Trust account, but I am going to be pessimistic on this one.
Glad you mentioned this…I am attempting the same thing. I also could not login but you are right, it states Community Bank as the only exclusion for prior accounts, nothing stated about CRBT.
Missed this…it is in terms: client cannot have a previously closed CBT or Cedar Rapids Bank & Trust checking account within the past 12 months.
