Applies to cash and points bookings as well, but only the points portion.
Interesting. I saw the discounts when I did a search without logging in, but only on the browser I normally use for IHG, not when I tried it on a different browser. So I guess they do it based on cookies, though of course you have to log in to make the reservation with points anyway.
IHG website lists specific properties for each month of stay. E.g. a property on the list for a November promotional rate is not listed for Oct or Dec, etc.
