IHG has announced the acquisition Ruby (Ruby SARL the RubyTM) for €110.5m (~$116m). Ruby operates 20 hotels with 3,483 rooms and another 10 pipeline hotels (2,235 rooms), all of which are expected to open by 2027. Integration into IHG is expected to start in 2025 and be completed by 31 March 2026.

Stayed at one in London. It was the most unique experience! I call it the rock star hotel! Guitars on the wall in the lobby that you can bring up to your soundproof room! There was an amp in there that you could hook up to! The room was big, modern and very clean!
Stayed at the Ruby Lissi Hotel Vienna and it was a great experience. I think it was no housekeeping but room and bathroom were extremely clean and very modern. Highly recommend!
