Purchased 4 physical gift cards on 11/29 and got the $20 e gift cards the following day. But still waiting for the $400 in physical cards to come in the mail. Is anyone else in the same boat?

Tried Barclays, Amex, couple of Chase Visa cards, Everything is getting declined
deal still seems alive ($20 bonus card reflected in cart when adding the $100 digital), however, AMEX GC will not go through – declined multiple times. Card not charged as of 10min post purchase.
I ordered one in the morning. Got confirmation soon after, however, never received the email for the $100 or the $20. Anyone else in the same situation?

How do you use digital gift cards for in store purchases? Do they send you a barcode to your email that you can scan at the register?
